A graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor of arts in political science, Brett Alexander Matcheck trained as a student pilot in the United States Air Force 80th Operations Support Squadron at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas. Brett Matcheck then spent 4 years as a pilot in the 15th Reconnaissance Squadron. He flew more than 400 combat support missions before serving as assistant director of operations for the 20th Bomb Squadron and executive officer with the 2nd Operations Group at Barksdale Air Force Base in Los Angeles.
As a B-52 flight lead and instructor pilot with the 96th Bomb Squadron, Mr. Matcheck supported Operation Inherent Resolve by flying in four combat missions. In recognition of his service, he has received more than 20 Aerial Achievement Medals, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and a Meritorious Service Medal.
Currently, Brett Alexander Matcheck serves as liaison to customers with the United States Air Force Reserves, and as leader of the customer service division for the North American market at RAS Systems.
