Kansas City, Missouri resident Brent Lambi has bought and sold local multi-million dollar properties for nearly 25 years. Brent Lambi got his start by purchasing a multi-unit complex for less than $220,000 and selling the property for more than $1 million five years later. During this period, he also made a profit on apartment buildings in Topeka, Kansas, and Independence, Missouri.
Following numerous successful real estate transactions, Brent Lambi now possesses hundreds of commercial and residential units in Missouri. He spent six years as a licensed real estate broker. Prior to purchasing his first property, he served as the chief executive officer of Spaghetti Works Restaurants, Inc, and as a certified public accountant and tax specialist in Nebraska.
Mr. Lambi holds a degree in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and a JD from Creighton University in Omaha. He became a CPA while pursuing his law degree and passed the Nebraska bar shortly after graduation. He maintained a certificate of good standing with the Nebraska State Bar Association for sixteen years.
