Blair Dee Fredericks has spent much of the past four decades as a meat cutter for several firms. During this time, Blair Dee Fredericks has also served in managerial positions, such as being an assistant to the meat and poultry department at Lunardi's Food Stores.
Having worked with Lunardi's for six years, he was responsible for doing inventory and scheduling orders. Mr. Fredericks also worked with Zanotto's Family Markets for over a decade and served as an assistant manager and journeyman meat cutter.
Outside of meat cutting, he has experience in different industries. For nine years, he served as a pharmacy technician at Stanford Hospitals and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. In the role, Blair Dee Fredericks prepared IVs, among other duties.
Before starting the position, he attended Silicon Valley Tech College in San Jose. Mr. Fredericks graduated from the college in 2000 with a pharmacy technician certificate. While pursuing the degree he had a 4.0-grade point average, and he subsequently graduated at the top of his class.
