One of the main focuses of my assignment at SociaNOVA was to take over the technical base of the project to set up a portal for the computerization of people supported in the medico-social sector: The challenge was both technical (rapid ramp-up of Lumen/Angular skills) and project management (deadline just a few weeks away, ambiguous functional specifications, frequent changes).
