Was part of the team that maintain several Alexa Skills for content distribution within Alexa devices and Google Assistant devices (Google Home)
We were mainly 2 developer, as a seasoned developer, I helped to structure workflows (introductiong some XP practises, architecture decisions, CI/CD simplification), challenge products vision, manage our infrastructure.
We, as a team (including products roles), worked in a agile way using a combination of Scrum and Kanban, getting start quickly new products to integrate with new distribution partners (Sonos, Google Cast, Samsung, Apple... )
Particular projects we were part of:
transition from hard-coded content of our main web API to an internal content management system
distribute media content within Google Media (for Google speakers mainly, Google Home....)
develop a content music service availble on SONOS speakers
develop TV app (Samsung TV) to help distributing our media content in.
