- Account Manager role for the Local Custody department of BNP Paribas Securities Services a global leader in custody services for Financial Institutions

- Direct corporate action advice for a number of global custodian clients including JP Morgan Chase & Co and Morgan Stanley on the Euronext Market (client communication, financial reporting).
- Source of official information and updates for clients regarding all aspects of corporate actions (eligibility rules, reconciliation of positions, payments calculation).
- Managed client’s portfolio queries by analysing and solving problems that may arise during corporate action events (trades reconciliation, settlement supervision, taxation analysis).
- Controlled, processed and validated client instructions sent by SWIFTS (MT565/MT568/MT599).
- Contributed to the streamlining of the system reliability and operational risk control by automating certain reconciliation tasks through the creation of an Excel Visual Basic check.
- Trained new account managers on all operational aspects.
- Advised clients on market changes (H2D HDR – T2S) and new regulations impacting corporate actions on the Euronext market.
