Bennett Graebner is a television producer and screenwriter with more than twenty years of experience in film and television. He is best known as an executive producer on The Bachelor franchise, where he has guided The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise, The Golden Bachelor, and multiple specials. Under his leadership, the franchise became a cultural touchstone, consistently ranking among the highest-rated programs and earning recognition from the Teen Choice Awards, BMI Film & TV Awards, and ASCAP Film & Television Awards.
At the core of Graebner’s work is a commitment to storytelling. Whether producing unscripted television or writing feature scripts, he focuses on strong characters, compelling arcs, and authentic emotional journeys. His career began with hands-on roles in film production, including cinematography and camera departments, experiences that gave him a comprehensive understanding of how story translates to the screen.
Graebner holds a BA in English from Vassar College, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and an MFA in Film Production from the University of Southern California. Based in Los Angeles with his wife and two children, he continues to produce and develop television while returning to his first passion: screenwriting, with a focus on romantic comedies and character-driven projects.
