Ben Chevlin is an Ernst & Young senior consultant who coordinates the efforts of the People Advisory Services group in providing actionable management recommendations. Based in New York and facilitating projects nationwide, Ben Chevlin brings focus to aspects of organizational success such as workforce training, efficiency, and environment.
A particular focus for Mr. Chevlin involves advising clients through mergers and other transactions that exert profound change and require a redesign of existing processes and protocols. One representative engagement focused on the transformation of International Flavors and Fragrances’ legal, human resources, IT, and taste, food, and beverage functions following the post-merger addition of 800 employees.
Mr. Chevlin held business development positions with a number of dynamic companies in emerging fields while pursuing a political science degree at Columbia University. Holding positions such as senior advisor with the campus-based TAMID Group over a period of four years, he identified Israeli companies such as ActionBar, Connatix, and Gett for consulting projects that lasted a full semester.
