- Provide customer’s installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and support. Pre-sales and Post-sales support for the Company’s sales team.
- Provide product operational support covering all aspect of system administration and troubleshooting according to Service Level Agreements
- Perform on-call or on-site system support.
- Provide support in generation of week/monthly reports.
- Liaise with key business contacts regarding their issues and provide technical support in accordance with existing internal policies/procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of faults with resolution and contact details.
- Ensure all hardware/software installations and routine upgrades are implemented according to agreed procedures.
- Monitor system operations and provide initial diagnosis of error, following escalation process if required.
- Perform daily checks of the environment, remediate and escalate issues.
- Report on overall status and maintain KPI.
- Monitor and resolve any system alerts following an escalation process if required. Ensure system monitoring is checked throughout the day.
