Two fundamental objectives that I believe in & practice -
- Help build something from zero, something new, bring together a team, keep the team together through thick and thin and make it a success story. In the process I am not necessarily the smartest person in the room, but I am the factor that keeps it together.
- The grass is equally green or bald on either side of the fence, whether you are an employee or an entrepreneur. All that is needed is making the right choice for yourself and make it work.
