A longtime Minnesota professional, April Grams serves as inside sales and marketing specialist with Dichtomatik Americas. Her focus is on enabling business-to-business communication campaigns that coordinate website, social media, and traditional print channels. Among April Grams’ accomplishments has been setting in place a kaizen process for marketing materials that reduced inventory requirements, introduced better tracking of materials, and cut costs.
Ms. Grams has also employed a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system monitoring approach that enabled her company’s management team to create new business efficiencies and promote best practices. She coordinates trade show activities through creating brochures and fliers, and also generates dynamic blog and email marketing content.
Ms. Grams applies her professional skills in a volunteer position with the Upper Midwest Allis Chalmers Club. As webmaster, she crafted the nonprofit’s website design and online content. She has also had an active role in promoting club events such as the annual Orange Spectacular held in Hutchinson.
