Andrew Alexander has been developing theatrical shows and content since 1974 and has played a major role in the creation of comedic communities in Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, and elsewhere across the world. Through these efforts, he has also played a key role in the development of the careers of some of the comedy world’s biggest stars. This includes work with Chris Farley, Bill Murray, Eugene Levy, and John Candy. The producer has developed his work with some of the largest television networks and studios operating in the entertainment industry. This includes projects with ABC, Fox Television, CBS, MGM, HBO, and Disney Studios. In addition to his efforts as a producer, Andrew Alexander has been active in supporting the entertainment community at large. This has included a role as the Chair of the Gilda’s Club Toronto Honorary Board and fundraising efforts to support actors and entertainment staff during times of illness or economic hardship.
