- Sole designer on the Learning Assistant AI squad of a B2B SaaS LMS. I own the end-to-end UX of Didia, Didask's AI agent, across learner, admin, and author profiles. From discovery to delivery, in close collaboration with PM, Engineering, Data teams.
- Designed the full admin configuration journey: AI activation onboarding, AI Agent access scope (groups/spaces, permissions), and Integrations page (Slack, Teams).
- Designed Knowledge Base & RAG flows: document import with LLM-powered auto-naming; data source connectors and ingestion plans; RAG constraints factored into UX decisions (retrieval quality, access rights, deep linking).
- Owned conversational UX: message flows, learner feedback, empty states, errors, and transitions — plus AI Coach, Roleplay Vocal Training, and LLM latency states.
- Contributed to the Design System: components design, Storybook, design debt reduction; upstream R&D collaboration on AI behavior specification and prompt engineering.
