I am currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Management at the ESSEC Business School and I am eager to deepen my knowledge and experience in the field of Marketing and Communication. I would enjoy working as part of a team, in an international and innovative environment. My aim is to join a company which combines ambition and passion, as it is what has always driven my choices until now.

  • Follow-up on three major events: internal Annual Seminar, external Annual Seminar (Symposium) and Roland Garros, gathering partners from Asia, Latin America and Europe,
  • Gathering of clients’ requirements, research of venues and team buildings, guidance of the client,
  • Coordination of logistics, visual identity, respect of the graphic chart, selection of goodies.
  • Full time
  • Management of funds, follow-up of the budget (budget of 4,500 euros, 1,050 euros turnover),
  • Promotion, tickets' pre-sales and sales (around 300 tickets),
  • Supplier relationship management: selection, negotiation, supply and assessment of suppliers,
  • Customer relationship management: follow-up, interaction via social networks and emails, feedback analysis.
  • 25 hours / week on average.
  • Develop awareness of danger,
  • Encourage creativity,
  • Handle a large group of children,
  • Provide parents with information and feedback.
  • 10 hours / week on average.
  • Greet customers, build loyalty, deal with customers enquiries,
  • Wait on tables, take orders,
  • Enhance teamwork,
  • Training of new employees,
  • Adaptability, knowledge of all the different positions' tasks to replace absent employees,
  • 25 hours / week on average.
  • Academic holidays (2007 and 2008):
  • Preparation of starters, grilled meat and desserts,
  • Awareness of security and hygiene norms,
  • Maintenance of the restaurant,
  • Training of new employees.
