Alex Karman has dedicated his career to leadership, service, and personal integrity. As a devoted husband and father of four, he has found a way to successfully balance his professional life with a deep commitment to his family. His journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where he quickly rose to the non-commissioned officer rank. Serving in Al Anbar Province, Iraq, he took part in a number of operations and convoy security while overseeing the safety and readiness of his team. His leadership abilities were further tested in Okinawa, Japan, where he led over 30 service members, managing their well-being and operational tasks. After completing his military service, Alexander transitioned into the public sector with the Social Security Administration. In this role, he conducted investigative interviews, determined eligibility for benefits, and made decisions impacting individuals’ lives. Fluent in English and Spanish, he communicated effectively with diverse people, ensuring fair treatment. Alex then moved into the private sector, applying his leadership expertise in the insurance industry. As Director of Sales and later Director of Broker Support and Licensing, he worked to streamline operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of mentorship and teamwork.
