- Assisted faculty at attendance office by processing and verifying student absence information, maintaining and updating students records through the use of computer terminals, preparing and issuing admit slips to class and permits to leave school, directing parents and students to classrooms, performing other routine school office clerical tasks, and assisting other school office personnel with their duties when requested.
- Assisted library faculty in maintaining computers by checking hardware and software settings, monitoring activities and behavior of students, and shelving of books and magazines. Assisted library faculty, teachers and students in searching of class subjects (in-library book search and online content), encouraging students to attend college and succeed in new areas of studies related to their likings (i.e. Robotics, Game Art & Design), translating English to/from Spanish text, and providing problem-solving skills for MS Office 97/2000/XP documents and projects.
