- Formulation of the company/department strategy for all Access Network layers (2G, 3G, 4G and beyond , MW, WiFi and small cells) across the Kingdome to keep Mobily Network with the latest network standards and technology
- Create, establish and develop strategic technical partnership with vendors to leverage on their R&D centres and resources to support company strategy and expansion plans.
- Study the service requests from all mobily departments including marketing, performance, finance, business, whole sales and demand management to evaluate technical requirements in order to plan and dimension the Access network based on capacity requirements/ network demand
- Planning and budgeting access network expansion and modernization based on the target long and short term strategy to support business requirements and demand.
- Develop and innovative Network solution with vendors/consultants/contractors to ensure all quality parameters and standards are maintained with highest level. Ensuring provision of technical assistance to other departments for Network plan and design.
- Prepare the access network band requirements to secure regulatory assignment via regulatory affair department.
- Planning and assessment of trials and important features needed for the network in coordination with design, optimization and vendor team to decide which products , solutions or features should be adopted in Mobily network
- Oversee and ensure necessary components of all Access layers to support mega projects and business opportunities covering whole sales, real state and all other business units.
