Experienced in instructing college-age students, Adam Bund has worked as a lecturer at several learning institutions. He focuses on globalization, high-technology innovation, and contemporary Chinese society. Adam Bund spent several years at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China, where he was a lecturer and research scholar. He began instructing students while attending Columbia University for his graduate studies, where he spent four years as a teaching assistant.
In addition to instructing courses, Adam Bund has organized several scholarly events and presided at lectures. In 2013 he co-conceived an international conference at the Lauder Institute in Pennsylvania about the emergence of the Global South. The previous year he chaired a panel and presented a paper at the American Anthropological Association’s annual meeting in San Francisco. That same year he presented a talk at Temple University School of Media and Communication and also presented a co-authored paper at the Villanova Critical Theories Conference.
When not involved in teaching or researching Adam Bund stays active outdoors, and enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing. An avid traveler, he loves to explore diverse destinations across the globe. He also enjoys photography and reading for pleasure.
