A certified public accountant in New York State, Abraham Biderman has served as the chairman of New York City’s Eagle Strategic Advisors since 2003. Over nearly two decades with the diversified financial advisory and services company, he has balanced his responsibilities with leadership roles at Palladium Capital Advisors, Lipper and Company, and Lipper Funds. Abraham (Abe) Biderman began his career as an assistant deputy comptroller for the State of New York in 1975. He went on to serve in several influential positions with New York City, such as chairman of New York City Housing Development and chairman of the New York City retirement system.
Abraham Biderman studied accounting at the City University of New York and graduated with a bachelor of science. When he is not directing activities at Eagle Strategic Advisors, he serves as a member of the World Jewish Congress audit committee and a trustee of Touro College.
