Prepared Plant specific HSSE procedures and Emergency response plans & Performed regular audits to ensure compliance.
Ensure compliance with regulations, laws and international standards in terms of environmental protection
Preparation of plant HSE statistics, man-hours, incident/accident reports, conduct incident/accident investigation reports, HSE walk down, follow up of corrective actions & conduct periodic HSSE training to O&M staff included contractors.
monitoring contractor's daily activities & Monitoring of HSE nonconformities on site, to prevent dangerous work practices.
Preparing Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual HSE Performance reports & Carried out regular PTW inspections
Scheduling and facilitating Plant HSE committee meeting and preparing MOM and attending HSE management committee
permit to work system and ensure safety everyone involved in the processes
Identify non-compliant, incomplete or substandard procedures (IMS) for activities involving employees & contractors in the plant
Conducting inspections of plant, offices, Housekeeping, equipment, emergency equipment
Supporting the plant environmental programs as required e.g. waste management, spill control etc Ensure availability of first aid measures at locations and ensure the availability of medical facilities Supply of resources (Material human Resources , tools …).
Responsible for recording, proceeding and reporting all incidents, investigations, RCA and provide support in all post injury/ accident process
