When you are a student or when you begin your career, you hardly ever have a lot of professional experience. However, you have probably already done a lot of things in your life, but you weren't planning to add them to your resume.

Here is a non-exhaustive list that may help you :

Ways to show you are serious or creative : Community work, volunteer, hobbies (participating in events, running a stand during an activity, organizing tournaments, managing an e-sport team, organizing students parties, personal creations : Writing short stories, making a short film, video editing, drawings, writing in a newspaper, blog, vlog, etc).

All the things you have done during your studies :Writing a thesis, student projects, laboratory projects, simulations, case files or work done within class, case studies, analysis, etc.

And what about summer jobs ?Please note: Sometimes these summer jobs may be irrelevant to support your application (for instance, you are applying for a web developer job and talk about your experience as a storekeeper at a supermarket). If there is no direct link, just explain why this experience can been useful for your future job.

Any of these experiences can be added to your resume. The main thing is that this experience should help you meet the recruiters or desired company's expectations.
