New comers' company orientation.
Hiring and termination processes.

Monitoring and following up the probation period evaluation and the renewal evaluation form sent to the concerned managers.
Following up and updating the probation period and end of contract dates for all employees monthly.
Supervising on the governmental operations related to the HR team like insurance and Labor office.

Review (Misconduct - Vacation – Change of status).
Do the necessary reports in the due time for the HR Manager.
Preparing and issuing all reports needed by the Finance department for the payroll closing.
** Help and Support in Recruitment:
Post the new vacancy.
Screen the submitted cvs.
Conduct the phone interview.
Prepare the short list.
Confirm the interview date, time and organize it.
Organize the test and the HR interview.
Filing system for waiting list the rejected CV .
Responsible for sending a thank you and welcome e-mail.
