Develop the monthly work plan for the M&E activities with the M&E Manager.
Follow up the leaders of the field teams in the implementation of monitoring and evaluation plans for all projects and verify the implementation of work in accordance with the plans.
Support field team leaders in the development / updating of all M&E tools, in accordance with the M&E framework (Need assessment - satisfaction survey - focus groups).
Ensure communication flow between local councils and field team.
Facilitate and ensure that all PDM, Satisfaction survey, DO check list, Shelter M&E are implemented as per M&E Framework.
Administer the information collected through the feedback and complaints mechanism.
Contribute to all reports as per M&E framework (Monthly M&E report, quarterly M&E report, assessment report …)
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all the needs are address.
Develop and keep up to date all KOBO related activities, including loading all tools onto KOBO.

Develop daily work plans and share them with the team.
Communicate with the authorities responsible for the displaced to conduct field surveys.
Follow up the team day by day in the field to ensure the good implementation of the work
Assist in designing surveys and models for monitoring and evaluation.
Provide a full explanation of the tools used in the monitoring and evaluation and ensure that all members of the field team aware of and aware of their use.
Review and verify data accuracy.
Prepare and share periodic reports with the M&E Supervisor.

Collect all quantitative and qualitative data in coordination with the team leader.
Daily field visits to monitor the implementation of project activities based on the project's monitoring and evaluation plan.
Conducting needs assessment surveys.
Ensure accuracy of data before archiving through data entry models
