  • I was part of Visa Tokenisation Service Android SDK Team. As a software developer, my role was to contribute to the team to develop the SDK so that third party developers like Android Pay, Samsung Pay can integrate it in their applications to enable users for cardless payments (NFC, QR code etc). We also developed a sample application which uses the SDK for making payments through NFC

  • We, as a team of 3 people, developed an Android application which enables us to send reminders to others. My role was to develop the android client whereas design and server side were handled by other two.
  • ------------------------------Remind'em------------------------------
An Android application which gives you unmatched ability to set reminders on others’ phones and alert them exactly when it’s required, exactly where it’s required!
Remind’em offers three distinct features. The first in the triad are time-based reminders. These let the user compose a reminder, set to it a date, time and description, and add multiple alerts to it. Once you have set the reminder, you can then send it across to a friend. The next capability the app offers is one of assigning location-based reminders. They truly come in handy when you are unsure about the time but definite regarding a certain location for an event or activity that’s coming up. You plant a reminder at a location on the map and send it to your desired friend. And last but in no way least, Remind’em brings to you the one-of-its-kind feature of subscription reminders which allows you to subscribe to various topics and receive reminders.

  • A previous service was reported to be deprecated and a new service was recommended for use for the same purpose, I worked on migration of our team’s service from deprecated one to fresh service.
In a service, we were directly hitting some databases over which our team had no ownership. The target of this project was to remove direct dependencies on such databases and access the required data via an authorized service.
