Creating and following the exporting calendar ( cargo ready date, pick-up empty container date, closing time to return full container, estimated time of departure - ETD, estimated time of arrival - ETA...) to make sure that everything is under control.
Preparing documents for Customs Declaration.
Preparing documents to get Certificate of Origin and contacting with forwarder/carrier to get the suitable Bill of lading for each customer.
Double check the Certificate of Origin and Bill of lading. Base on mode of payment, we will send out the suitable documents to customer
Inspecting and solving if have any problem.

Responsibilities as a receptionist, taking clear messages and passing these promptly to the appropriate member of the team using judgment of urgency (guest service).
Providing duties on behalf of the team, which involved providing face-to-face contact for visitors in a responsive and courteous manner.
Providing efficient data entry into the local team information systems as required.
