  • Facilitated successful acquisition and growth of nationally recognized executive search firm that aims to help school districts find their next generation of leaders. Introduced K-12 industry to psychometric testing, data dashboards, web-based information gathering, and best practices in executive search, which led to increased retention and success rates. Headed operations, project management, marketing, finance, HR and technology.
  • Recruited to lead successful acquisition and growth of this comprehensive leadership development program. Defined and executed operations and growth strategies. Headed logistics, digital curriculum development, distribution, reporting, data, QC, and oversight of 400 leaders and consultants. Launched district-based custom leadership programs with immense financial successes in urban markets nationwide – Baltimore, Chicago, Minneapolis, Syracuse, DC, among others.
  • Managed after school Supplemental Educational Services program of federally funded tutoring for urban school systems. Managed staff of 400+ teachers and consultants.
  • Grew program from less than 100 participants to nearly 8,000 in months. Promoted to turnaround position in national call center – reduced cost nearly 20% and grew revenue 200% within 8 months. Promoted to oversee National Online Programming, which lead to redevelopment of platform and growth of business line.
