Todd Bartusek

After studying criminal justice and sociology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Todd Bartusek entered the real estate industry, beginning a long career in the advisement of prospective homebuyers/sellers, the marketing of specific properties, the acquisition of appropriate mortgage financing, and the drafting and evaluation of real estate contracts. Since 2001, Todd Bartusek has served as a realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in Omaha, Nebraska.

In order to better serve his clients, Mr. Bartusek diligently studies regional property listings and constantly updates listings of his own available properties. He has also developed productive partnerships with a network of industry professionals that range from appraisers and home inspectors to attorneys and escrow experts.

Outside of the professional arena, Todd Bartusek enjoys playing golf and lifting weights. He is also a member of the Loveland Elementary Dads Group and a supporter of the afterschool program NorthStar 360 and the children’s cancer charity Sunshine Kids.
