  • Led execution of streamlined and accurate services for all employees in jurisdiction, which included dissemination of funds to pensions, health and welfare accounts, annuities, and union dues.
  • Promoted industry as mechanism to increase number of tradespeople entering field. Attended meetings and served as advocate for electrical union.
    • Managed investments in advertising and marketing initiatives to promote NECA IBEW on TV and radio.
  • Planned, executed, and managed 15 annual national conventions, including large programs in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, which included selecting venues and overseeing all efforts focused on driving efforts of NECA.
    • Worked with governor of Nebraska on fundraising initiatives and secured $150K grant to build windmill training center to capture work for electricians; effort received positive news coverage.
