As an engineering leader, my core focus is to deliver the products that customers love. At Meta, I supported the Facebook Integrity Data Engineering team, executing and delivering multi-half Analytics roadmaps. I have over 15 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data analytics, and machine learning, with a passion for solving problems and continuously expanding my thought leadership.

At Meta, I led a Data Engineering team, spearheading several impactful projects. Notably, my team developed a large-scale analytics infrastructure for Integrity function that operated over billions of records. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to implement stringent product enforcements across more than 30 harm areas, and played a key role in delivering experimentation metrics utilized in over 300 Facebook experiments annually. I have proven track record in building and growing engineering teams that are productive, and transparent with a deep sense of customer empathy and a continuous improvement mindset. My commitment to continuous learning and growth led me to complete a Post Graduate Program in "AI for Leaders" from The University of Texas at Austin last year.

  • Supported a team that built a large scale Facebook Integrity Product analytics infrastructure that operates on 1 trillion events on a daily basis

  • Built a comprehensive Python based Data Analytics infrastructure for over 30 data sources; evangelized the system to enable every department of Optimizely to get customer and product insights
  • Provided leadership on the engineering efforts to bring pricing innovation to reality for SaaS offering
  • Helped go-to-market teams in sales pursuits worth tens of millions of dollars by providing data analysis and business insights from Enterprise Data
  • Rolled out user interaction data infra for company's GDPR program, providing external APIs
