Drawing upon more than 20 years of relevant experience, Sidney "Sid" Elyea is a project manager at RJ Ryan Construction in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. Through two years with the company, he has managed build efforts for a 40,000-square-foot facility and 48,000-square-foot transfer station for Viking Electric and Globus Transport, respectively. He has also completed tenant improvements for Surley Brewing and American Crane, among other projects. Prior to joining RJ Ryan, Sidney Elyea served as a project manager with Division21, where he managed remodeling projects nationwide for brands such as Starbucks, Motel 6, and Panera Bread.
Earlier in his career, Sidney Elyea oversaw the completion of commercial construction projects for TerWisscha Construction, Klinglehutz Construction, and Dale Gruber Construction. He began his career in 1993 as a project manager and estimator with C&E Construction, where his primary responsibilities involved determining project costs and designing plans that best suited client interests while maintaining code compliance.
Sid Elyea earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University and completed the architectural construction technology program at St. Cloud Technical College.
