Shawn Broz

A performance-driven, growth-focused Las Vegas executive, Shawn Broz most recently served as director of information technology with Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where he guided development and technology operations and implemented new enterprise IT standards and procedures. Shawn Broz’ additional responsibilities included finding sustainable strategies for achieving improvements in operational and business process performance. Overseeing 40 programmers and other professionals, Mr. Broz guided global projects that encompassed product implementations and platform enhancements. One major undertaking focused on the management of Caesars’ Offers system and CRM (customer relationship management) database in service of the company’s award-winning Total Rewards loyalty program. As such, he integrated data from diverse sources in ways that expanded program membership from 40 million to 45 million. He emphasized providing strategies, services, and products that generated long-term customer loyalty. Shawn Broz also has experience as senior consultant and managing director of Magellan Associates. Guiding the management consulting practice, he worked with major Fortune 500 clients in ensuring that they overcame business challenges and met growth-focused financial goals, by delivering organizational change management assistance, process analysis, technology implementation, strategy development, and operational process improvements.
