Sarah Warren is an entrepreneur based in Tallahassee, Florida, with a professional background that spans more than a decade in public finance law and local government representation. Originally from Aspen, Colorado, Sarah graduated from Aspen High School in 2002 as a member of the National Honor Society. She attended Rollins College in Orlando, Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications, graduating cum laude in 2006. During her time there, she held multiple leadership roles in Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, including serving as president. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2010, where she was Associate Editor of the Environmental Journal and participated in the International Law Practice Clinic.

Sarah began her career in 2011 with American Express, excelling in corporate account business development and achieving top performance rankings. In 2013, she transitioned to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s Office of General Counsel, focusing on community planning and strategic business development. The following year, she joined Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., where she became a shareholder in the Special District practice group, representing developers, community development districts, and stewardship districts. In 2022, she moved to Bryant Miller Olive P.A., continuing her work on public finance transactions and special district governance.

Her legal expertise included tax-exempt bond issuance, the creation and governance of special-purpose districts, counsel to underwriters, and legal oversight of infrastructure projects such as roadways, utilities, and stormwater systems that support residential and mixed-use developments.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sarah Warren is active in the Urban Land Institute, contributing to leadership programs, mentoring, and educational initiatives. A passionate equestrian since childhood, she has competed nationally and co-founded the Rollins College Equestrian Team. She also enjoys hiking, skiing, horseback riding, and creative writing, combining her professional drive with a love for the outdoors and creative expression.
