    Achievements: I worked for three different customers and had several sales projects for them. In all of the projects, I have performed above average, mostly within top three sellers, winning daily, weekly and monthly competitions as the best seller in both time and quantity. When involved in regular or loyal consumer campaigns I constantly broke the sales records and created new more ambitious minimum sales requirements for the sales team. The program provides deep analytical understanding of social constructions and how these shape our understanding and interaction as individuals, governments and companies. Most importantly it enhances the student’s ability to question the applicability of a framework and to detect one when used. Reason lies upon every claim, our duty as academics is to find the reason from within and to examine it. Status quo needs to be questioned as the world is what we make of it. Ideas matter because actions are based upon them and the ideas we have about the future will determine it.

Learning relies heavily on independent studying as the university lectures cover only around 20% of the exam questions while 30% is often covered by academic journals and 50% by variety of books. This material covers key philosophical thinkers from economics, war, globalization, development, equality and states role for individuals, societies and the world. The aim is to prepare students for their own academic work.

Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration (BScBA)

Studying in BScBA program gives students wide understanding of common business problems and tools to analyze them. The focus of the program relies in deeper understanding of economics, management and communication. These subjects are reviewed under international context exploiting real business cases enhancing concrete solution skills.

Learning in the program is very interactive and intensive. Students are expected to finish 150 credits in less than two years including Bachelor’s Thesis after which they will go for exchange to do their minors (worth 30 credits). This interactive learning involves approximately 70 group works, 40 individual papers and 20 presentations per one academic year.

Students are exposed to multiculturalism early on as around 90% of the professors and 40% of the degree students come from abroad and 80% of the local students have international background. In addition 30% of the students studying in the program are exchange students from partner universities.
