Guiding the maintenance team to act accordingly as per the vibration analysis report of each rotary equipment & prepare equipment health analysis report based on the pre & post vibration results.
Incoming material inspection like bearing, gear, lub oil etc.
Execution of various vibration analysis techniques in plant, PDM report submission, tracking of corrective action with concern department, post overhaul analysis and submission of closure reports.
Trouble shooting and Root cause analysis of vibration problems, Run-up/Coast downtest, Bump test, FFT and Phase Analysis and continuous scheduled monitoring of plant equipment's to increase the reliability.

Working across PAN India (serving reputed clientele as , Vedanta, GMR, NTPC,IOCL,IRCL etc.) as per need of the employer - managing resource, building team, planning work and earning business.
Supervise scheduled data collection like Vibration, Temperature, Process parameters, Lube Oil samples, Thermography, Etc. and Analysis of the collected data to ensure trouble free operation of rotating machineries.

Carrying out Vibration data acquisition and spectrum analysis using technical calculation and case experiences.
Carrying out Ultrasonic thickness testing and Thermal inspection of infrared energy from static and kinematic energy carrier.

Schedule based Vibration Monitoring of all Rotating equipment's, Loading & Dumping the data from Computer to Instrument & also Instrument to Computer.
Precision alignment using laser alignment kit
Analysis the equipment's failure by using EVAM (Evaluated Vibration Analysis Method) Vibration Spectrum technique & taking corrective action by giving good recommendations
