  • Mentor managers on hiring guidelines and policies.
  • Develop creative recruiting, and succession strategies that meet anticipated business needs.
  • Strong knowledge with TALEO tool and sourcer experience using LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Support the recruitment in other countries (South and Central America), depending on the business needs and the number of requisitions.
  • Decrease the recruitment time by 50% (from 60 to 30 days filling the positions)
  • Trip to Mexico to meet the principal executive clients and to learn more about the business.
  • Full recruiting cycle expertise, including the sourcing, intake sessions and interviews of personal satisfying the company needs, being responsible for hiring different levels from scanning operator to supervisor positions.
  • Organize and participate in internal and external job fairs achieving outstanding results.
  • Sourcing of candidates using some systems as Elempleo.com, universities and internal email.
  • Coordinator of Global Citizen committee (social responsibility committee).
  • Special activities support such as Team buildings and Holidays.
  • Support the senior generalist in different processes: trainings, compensation, employee relations, talent management.
  • Responsible of the audit process for USA employee business expenses following the Global Travel Policy
  • Internal Trainings regarding expense system, company policies and new employee’s training
  • Customer service for USA and Canada employees
  • Trip to Deerfield to provide a Policy Training (Corporate Executive Group)
