  • Take responsibility for promotion and sale of a broad range of products and solutions, especially personal protective equipment, in the assigned market segment: general industrial market.

  • Create and develop sales campaign or project to promote company brand and get landmark sales volume.
  • Person in charge of garment factories where my task is increasing volume of label (woven, paper, heat transfer label…) for garments.
  • Keep in touch closely with customer’s Merchandise team to get their inquiry about new item development.
  • Follow up and take action as soon as possible for any step of new business development, aim to achieve the best result of each chance.
  • Cooperate with Customer Service department, Global Sampling Development department and Production team to deliver the best quality product to customer on time.
  • Follow up customer’s payment status base on Credit term and limiting was set up, and work with Finance team to collect customer’s debt.
  • Frequently contact to Avery Dennison in Hong Kong and US to update new information, new requirement of product, then inform to customer in Vietnam.
  • Directly receive customer’s complaint about product quality, late delivery, shortage…then work with Quality Control team to find out root cause and give the best solution to satisfy customer.
  • By monthly, update to Commercial Director about the business trend, competition status at each customer, and summarize all problems that happened.

  • Check the weekly certificate of products, upload to system and send it to customers on time
  • Make product quality management report by monthly
  • Collect all competitor samples on the market to test at internal laboratory. Summarize the results and make Benchmarking report by monthly
  • Work with Sales Department to approach new customer, help customer in technical issues when they use the product
  • Follow up the test process at customer laboratory and control the execution at jobsite of project
  • Handle and solve all technical complaint from customer follow the procedure
  • Collaborate with technical team in pre-sales activity, including compile presentation, organize workshop and be a presenter
  • Be a presenter at Universities workshop to introduce company’s brand name and product’s advantages to student
  • Join Marketing Department in brand communication activities at some beyond markets
  • Especially, I have three months experience work as a technical representative in a really big jobsite at Duyen Hai district, Tra Vinh province-Duyen Hai Thermal Power Plant project
