Take responsibility for promotion and sale of a broad range of products and solutions, especially personal protective equipment, in the assigned market segment: general industrial market.
Prepare sales tools such as product brochure, presentation and testing equipment.
Frequently present to end-user at customer’s site to improve customer’s awareness about protect their health, introduce company products and use instruction.

Directly receive customer’s complaint about product quality, late delivery, shortage…then work with Quality Control team to find out root cause and give the best solution to satisfy customer.
By monthly, update to Commercial Director about the business trend, competition status at each customer, and summarize all problems that happened.
Study to clearly know about the product portfolio, frequently update any change in product
Work with Quality Assurance Department in tracking quality of products
Check the weekly certificate of products, upload to system and send it to customers on time
Make product quality management report by monthly
Collect all competitor samples on the market to test at internal laboratory. Summarize the results and make Benchmarking report by monthly
Work with Sales Department to approach new customer, help customer in technical issues when they use the product
Follow up the test process at customer laboratory and control the execution at jobsite of project
Handle and solve all technical complaint from customer follow the procedure
Collaborate with technical team in pre-sales activity, including compile presentation, organize workshop and be a presenter
Be a presenter at Universities workshop to introduce company’s brand name and product’s advantages to student
Join Marketing Department in brand communication activities at some beyond markets
