Administer the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation
Supervise the work of employees in supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance
Facilitate resources management and administration procedures and documentation for the principal
Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events; coordinates and attends committee meetings, and participates in committee discussions, as appropriate
Coordinate the disposition and/or resolution of individual problems and disputes involving faculty, staff as they arise
Provide staff support to the office, to include handling walk-up and phone interactions, maintaining calendars and travel arrangements, screening, analyzing, and responding to incoming correspondence, handling day-to-day problems and situations, and provision of secretarial support
Provide assistance and support to the office principal in problem solving, project planning and management, and development and execution of stated goals and objectives
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as appropriate
Response to customer's feedback via telephone and mail
Manage all the issues related to Pru-Priority program and other taking care of customers' projects in the North
Take care all presents for VIP customers
Look for and build up the relationship with all partners for VIP customers
Maintain the good relationships between customers and partners, avoid conflicts of partners' services
Check and manage the data and reports
Cooperate with Kinhdo Bakery and Vietsing Medical Center to satisfy customers
Manage all administration works
Key in all complaints into Heat promptly, adequately, and assign to a person who is in charge with supporting documents within one working day after receiving. Make sure not to have any pending cases after day ends
Design operating training materials and conduct the training for agents and staffs in general agency
