Before joining University Park, Paul Auchterlonie worked as turnaround CEO with Decision Point Behavioral Health, where he restored profitability and enhanced its treatment programs.
Earlier in his career, Paul Auchterlonie refined his entrepreneurial skills by establishing Appian Advisory Group. The company delivered operational consultative solutions to clients in the behavioral health care sector. His decades long background in his field also includes periods in senior executive roles with such organizations as Elements Behavioral Health and The Right Step and Spirit Lodge.
Mr. Auchterlonie received his MEd from Harvard University, where he studied social sector management, human development, and psychology. When not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his four children.
