While attending Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, Pat Stoup served as captain of the non-varsity hockey team and president of the Phi Sigma Epsilon Fraternity. He also established a new sports department at the Slippery Rock radio station (WNFT)and earned a place among the Who's Who In American Colleges and Universities. Patrick Stoup ultimately graduated with his bachelor of arts in psychology.
Mr. Stoup went on to establish himself as an accomplished project manager and senior administrator with a wealth of experience in business leadership, lean processes improvement, and government contracting. He currently serves as the chief executive officer (CEO) of SAI, a Gaithersburg, Maryland-based provider of professional, technical, and administrative services to a range of government and private sector clients.
Before taking over as CEO in 2014, Pat Stoup served 17 years as SAI’s president. He began transferring the company from the private sector to the public sector in 2001 and spearheaded the acquisition of SAI’s first prime government contract in 2004. He is currently developing a company internship program to serve underprivileged high school sophomores and juniors.
