Purchasing process:
 Domestic purchase (including lead time management)
 Collect docs of domestic purchase for customs clearance
 Consolidate customer’s PO from sales admin
 Check buying cost (request new price if needed)
 Working with suppliers
Coordinate forwarder for domestic shipments
Manage transportation fee & handling fee
Shipment arrangment for commercial items:
 Pick and pack goods before shipping out (includes preparing
shipping label + AWB)
 Consolidate shipments
 Prepare Deliery Order
Ensure efficient and smooth warehouse operation and timely shipment dispatch for deliveries.
 Stock Management (FIFO)
 Inventory control
 Goods receiving/ Goods in-out
Overall manage and supervise activities of all warehouses including: input, store, output.
Manage out stock items, Stock movement
Prepare shipping label & Warranty card for printers
Update customer's receiving information
Deal with forwarder
Management Support and Sales Support

Attend consult meetings, conferences and events.
Handle clients in a professional manner.
Deal with customer issues.
Call clientele.
Work with other departments.
Schedule appointments, calls, and meetings.

Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
