Neal Searle founded Creative Asset Strategies, LLC, as Managing Director in 2015. A few of his responsibilities as director of the business formation consulting firm include mergers & acquisitions, financial analysis and recommendations, loan placement, strategic planning, and business continuity. Over the course of his time with Creative Asset Strategies, Neal Searle has provided business formation and general business consulting services to a wide variety of clients, from startup businesses to large corporations worth $50 million.
Prior to starting Creative Asset Strategies, Neal Searle spent more than four years as chief executive officer, president, and director at a community financial institution and over six years with a community financial institution that he organized, opened and eventually sold. With over 30 years of commercial banking experience across Michigan, Searle is uniquely qualified to deliver exceptional results to Creative's clientele. Additionally, Searle studied finance and business administration at Western Michigan University, graduating with a bachelor of arts in 1986. He has subsequently completed several valuable leadership programs, including the Midwest School for Managing course and the Wharton School’s Creating the Future program.
