Financial and consolidated reporting solution on Oracle BI stack integrating data from 11 different sources including the core banking system T24 and Oracle Financials and delivered 200 financial reports.

MIS Phase II - AXA Insurance - Dubai:
Revamping the current architecture of MIS application on Microsoft BI stack and delivered 200 KPI , 8 analytical cubes and 50 reports deployed on sharepoint portal.

MPR Automation -Al Rajhi Bank - KSA:
Monthly reporting process (MPR) was automated using OBIEE and OWB which are generated for CFO integrating the data from desperate sources and OFSAA.

Performance Management - Oman Oil Company - Oman:
Delivered dashboards on Microsoft BI stack for assets owned by Oman Oil company to monitor assets performance, market performance and financial performance. Reports provided by the investee companies are the only source of data and a data mart was developed to read from these reports and capture relevant data for reporting.

Planning & Budgeting Implementation -Central Bank of Oman - Oman:
Built a budgeting and forecasting system with a bottom up approach replacing the traditional process for Top down budgeting done on spread sheets. CBO had Oracle financials and since Oracle has discontinued support for EPB, Hyperion planning was used for the implementation.

Conduct requirement analysis meeting to gather the requirements and document. Review and validate documented requirements with stakeholders.
Design suitable solutions and technologies to meet the business requirements. Prepare High level design document and Low Level design document. Conduct workshop to demonstrate the proposed design to the clients.
Coordinate with the development team to ensure the design principles are adhered during the developments and ensure that the final product meets the quality standards.
Coordinate with business teams during UAT and prepare deployment packages and procedure for implementation.

Planning and Budgeting solution on Congnos planning tool was implemented to automated the current budgeting process followed on spread sheets.

Service & Warranty Datamart- Ashok Leyland - Chennai:
Datamart was designed and populated with Service and Warranty data using Oracle Warehouse Builder dashboards and reports were delivered using Cognos BI.

EMRBI - Emarat General Petroleum- Dubai:
Datamarts were developed to populate data from Retails System (PDI) and General Ledger using Oracle Warehouse Builder. Financial reports for their various business were developed and delivered on Cognos 8.
