Liaising with Manager to identify training need crew offshore and on shore. Ensuring employees receive as per matrix training program. Develop, manage, record, evaluating and actualization training activity. Making sure training is cost effective and within budget. Making sure trip expense for all office staff and training participant. monitoring certificate crew on shore and offshore.
Coordination and monitoring of crew rotation schedule. update crew status on system (NS5). propose to management qualified crew for employment. prepare crew agreement, PPE and making schedule for Internal HSE training. reporting MCU result to Charter.
Overall in-charge in ensuring that officers within the fleet are properly certified and have the necessary certifications as per international regulations mainly STCW. crew hiring, screening and pre interview. Plan and execute crew MCU, agreement and travel document. Liaise with all principal in preparing LG, mobilization of crew up to the vessel.
Source crew when required to fill vacancies. Conducts initial screening COC, COP, travel document, reference check, medical check up for Indonesia, Korean and India crew. crew agreement and appraisal report. Ensure that personnel files and are kept up to date and are uploaded in the system (OLIVE). Arrange cost effective travel for crew joining and departing assigned vessels to meet crew change schedules.
