Be the person in charge to be in touch with the customers in order to know their supplies needs and make all the corresponding activities to order, track the products and deliver them in time so the customers can continue supplying the products for the company workers.

I worked in JBS USA as a fabrication supervisor in a beef plant in charge of the trimming area and people working there, in order to achieve the production goals, and taking care of the personnel and food safety.

I worked on a trainee program rotating and learning about different areas in a poultry plant and developing a giblets yield project in order to increase it.
As part of the training, I went to Brooks, Alberta, Canada for six months to rotate and learn, as well, about the beef industry, "5 S" implementation, process and critical operations mapping and standardization of visual information in JBS Canada to be able to be hired and to start working in JBS USA.
