An experienced educator and administrator, Matthew Eriksen provided executive level leadership for several schools in North Shore School District 11 in Highland Park, IL. Additionally, he implemented a $10 million operational efficiency project that included traffic improvements and revised safety protocols, resulting in a 50 percent reduction in emergency situations and student evacuations.
