About Me
Active as a Miami lawyer since the late 1990s, Marcell Felipe is a Florida Bar member and native Spanish speaker who provides advisory services spanning tax and corporate matters. Over the years, Marcell Felipe has worked closely with clients that include governments and leaders within government, as well as global industry executives.

In 2006, Mr. Felipe co-founded America Teve Holdings, which owns the local television stations found on channels 48 and 41. Having disposed of his stake in the company, he maintains an advisory role with the station’s shareholders and management.

Over the years, Mr. Felipe has been strongly supportive of efforts to counter the communist Castro Regime in Cuba and provide a democratic alternative. He helped establish the Inspire America Foundation three years ago as a Super PAC that generates policy proposals and funds and coordinates television advertising campaigns. Working with world leaders, the foundation provides in-depth analysis of current events and provides pro-democracy materials to a variety of media organizations.

Marcell Felipe also serves as advisory board chair of the Initiative for Democratic and Economic Alternatives for Cuba, and as a trustee of Miami Dade College.
