A longtime resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Kim Armus currently owns and operates KJH Realty, a real estate company that specializes in home construction and the sale of residential lots. She also advises businesses on a range of operational and marketing processes as a business strategy consultant with Armus & Associates. Kim Armus’ specific areas of expertise as a consultant range from website development to the planning and management of large-scale events.
She previously directed business operations for Great Lakes Dermatology. The position placed her in charge of a southern Wisconsin medical practice that served more than 60,000 patients. From 1999 to 2011, she worked in a series of positions with the major communications provider US Cellular, ultimately managing customer value propositions in the Greater Milwaukee area.
Outside of the professional environment, Kim Armus helps job-seekers as a volunteer with the Dress for Success program at the YWCA in Racine, Wisconsin. She also teaches English to non-native speakers through the Empowering Latinos program at the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin.
