Keith Scribner’s involvement with Walgreen’s involved the sale of 1708 West NW Boulevard in Spokane. The deal included the relocation and enlargement of an existing building on 5th Avenue’s between an on and off-ramp downtown. Throughout the process, Mr. Scribner also completed a variety of other property deals in the area that resulted in the creation of a prime commercial hub. This included the development of the 11,000-square-foot Ash Street Plaza Retail Center. In total, the project revitalized a neglected area with the addition of two restaurants, an H & R Block retail office, a day care, two nail salons, a laundry mat, a dry cleaners, a check cashing store, a bank, and a hair salon, all within a two-year period.
