- Presently working with the three main production departments (Knitting, Dye House, Quality Assurance)
- Develop, recommend, and effectively carry out continuous improvement on processes and systems in production with regard to industrial engineering in order to meet current and future challenges.
- Coach/ facilitate the team in the learning and effective use of best practice tools and techniques and assist teams to get to the root causes of problems so as to implement preventive action.
- Liase with product development team, relevant productions functions and develops/ establishes/ sustain production sequential frame work (which includes systems and procedures) at the development stage in order to facilitate smooth production operations.
- Refer to technical specifications, identify complexities in the manufacturing process and provide technical expertise to eliminate such complexities such as developing attachments etc. thereby facilitate smooth production operations.
