Since 2010, Jordan DeForest has served as president and chief executive officer of Healthy Hunger, Inc., a Canadian company that connects school lunch coordinators with local restaurants through an online management system. Working from Healthy Hunger’s Calgary office, Jordan DeForest oversees virtually all aspects the business, particularly when it comes to matters of sales and marketing, expansion, and strategic direction. Jordan DeForest is also responsible for personnel management, such as the hiring of new director of operations Justin Boudrias, an experienced senior manager.
Under the leadership of Jordan DeForest, Healthy Hunger has amassed an active user base of 125,000 individuals and 800 restaurants, growing from a small start-up in six schools to a national operator with an annual revenue line of $7 million and office's in western and eastern Canada.
When not busy maintaining oversight of Healthy Hunger, Mr. DeForest avidly follows the Calgary Flames. He also enjoys leading a physically active lifestyle that includes playing hockey and golf, alpine snowboarding, and wake-boarding.
